What To Expect From Us

For cooling, we will…

  • check gauges and operating pressures, voltage, and amperage to all motors
  • check your air temperature
  • clean the evaporator coil (if accessible)
  • check the evaporator superheat
  • lubricate all moving parts
  • check the belt and adjust the tension
  • check and recommend air filtration
  • check all safety controls
  • check start capacitor and relays
  • inspect the compressor contractor
  • inspect all wiring and connections
  • clean and adjust the thermostat
  • clean the condensing coil
  • check that the condensate drain is open
  • check the safety float switch

For the furnace, we will…

  • check and adjust the thermostat
  • clean and adjust all safety controls
  • clean the burners and controls
  • clean and adjust the pilot assembly
  • adjust the burner for efficiency
  • check for gas leaks in the furnace
  • lubricate all moving parts
  • check the belt and adjust the tension
  • check and recommend air filtration
  • check the vent pipe and draft diverter
  • check the fan control, check the manifold pressure
  • check the furnace for cracked heat exchanger
  • check the temperature rise
  • check the complete furnace cycle

Once our certified HVAC technicians make sure everything is running smoothly (or not), we’ll provide you with a written report and photos for your records. If repairs are needed, we’ll make a solid plan for moving forward.

How Do I Renew My Plan?

The program will automatically renew annually, and you can cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice before the anniversary date. Please note that no refunds will be provided if you cancel before our scheduled visit.
